Parkwood BHS of Olive Branch, MS is celebrating 20 Years – Making a Difference.  We are devoted to providing award winning care and treatment of children, adolescents, and adults with psychiatric and substance abuse issues. We are located 30 minutes from downtown Memphis and 20 minutes from East Memphis.  We are recruiting positions in the following areas:
 


Patient Care & Nursing Positions

The Registered Nurse prescribes, coordinates and delegates nursing care utilizing the nursing process that is integrated into the multidisciplinary treatment team plan of care. The Registered Nurse is accountable for assigned nursing care activities on a shift basis and is responsible for prompting and enhancing professional nursing practice on the unit. The Registered Nurse also may assume Charge Nurse Responsibilities as required. Licensure and registration by the Mississippi Board of Nursing as a registered nurse, or multi-state license as approved by NCSBN required. One year prior psychiatric experience in mental health nursing, and BSN preferred. FT positions available.

Director of Residential Social Work Apply Now Employee Benefits
Requires a Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field, five years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, 2 years management experience, LCSW licensure, and knowledge of psychiatric clinical processes. Knowledge of case management, discharge planning, group leadership skills, age specific growth and development, crisis and behavior management, family therapy theory and practice preferred. Clinical work with adolescent offenders is a plus.

IOP Therapist Apply Now Employee Benefits
The IOP Therapist provides social work services in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of the facility. Leads IOP groups on behalf of the facility. Must have knowledge of individual, group and family therapy theory and practice, case management, group leadership skills, discharge planning, age specific growth and development and crisis and behavior management. Experience with varied populations including male and female children, adolescents and adults as well as dually diagnosed adults in an inpatient, residential, IOP or partial hospital setting is preferred. A Masters degree in Social Work or a related field, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT required.

Needs Assessment Counselor Apply Now Employee Benefits
The Needs Assessment Counselor provides telephone and walk-in risk assessments and crisis intervention, initial contact with referral sources and potential patients, coordinates the referral and intake process, determines appropriate level of care, facilitates the admission process including insurance pre-certification and maintains communication with referral sources, families, patients and unit staff. Prior intake, assessment, admission and crisis intervention experience in an inpatient setting preferred. A Master's Degree in a behavioral health field is required. Full-time and Part-time positions available.

Pharmacy Tech Apply Now Employee Benefits
Experience with preparing and distributing medications, maintaining the drug inventory, and maintaining patient records. Pharmacy Technician Certification and Mississippi registration required. PRN positions available.
